A link for the Everbridge for <br />community sign up is provided on <br />the Ramsey County EMHS <br />website, and reminders are also <br />posted using the Ramsey County <br />EMHS Facebook Page. In addition <br />to Everbridge, the County has <br />IPAWS capabilities for targeted <br />and countywide emergency <br />notifications. <br /> <br />All city jurisdictions within the <br />County are encouraged to <br />promote sign up for the <br />Everbridge system using their <br />means of public outreach <br />(websites, social media, local <br />media). <br />County, <br />municipal <br />funding
