Gopher State One Call – identify existing utilities and utility owners <br />b. Topo survey <br />c. Ramsey County right of way maps <br /> <br />2. Pedestrian Crossing Design/Construction Documents <br />a. Construction documents for two ADA compliant pedestrian curb ramps and a pedestrian <br />median refuge at the south leg of Wyncrest Court and Hamline Avenue <br />b. Construction documents for two ADA compliant pedestrian curb ramps and a pedestrian <br />median refuge at the midblock crossing between Indian Oaks Circle and Eide Circle for <br />the Route 37 trail. <br />c. Construction documents for a Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) system for <br />the Route 37 trail crossing. HR Green will evaluate a system that includes pedestrian <br />activated beacons attached to the crosswalk sign posts and the use of solar power. <br /> <br />3. Construction Staking <br />a. Stake the removals limits for median refuges, existing sidewalk, and existing curb and <br />gutter <br />b. Curb and gutter staking for median refuges and pedestrian ramps at Wyncrest Court. <br /> <br />4. Construction Observation <br />a. ADA concrete form observation <br />b. Concrete work observation <br />c. Bituminous pavement observation <br />d. Concrete pouring observation <br />e. Quantity checking <br /> <br />DELIVERABLES <br /> <br />HR Green will provide the following deliverables: <br /> <br />1. Topographic survey <br />a. Gopher State One Call <br />b. Topo survey within the area including: <br />i. Existing sidewalk, crosswalk, and pedestrian ramps including storm and sanitary <br />sewer structures, all visible utilities, signs, roadway (center lines and edges), <br />sidewalks, trails, curbs (straight-ways, corners and curves), pedestrian ramps, <br />large vegetation (trunks greater than 4 inches), landscaping edges, and retaining <br />walls (shots taken at low ground in front of and at high ground in back of retaining <br />wall), fences. <br />ii. The spacing of survey shots on the gutter line, top back of curb, center line of <br />road and ground shots for surface elevations shall not exceed 10 feet.
