Kick-off meeting – February 28, 2019 <br />3. March 21, 2019 – Topographic Survey Completed <br />4. April 26, 2019 – 90% Design Submittal <br />5. April 26 – May 10, 2019 – 90% Design Review, 2-week review by Arden Hills and Ramsey <br />County <br />6. May 31, 2019 – Final Design Submittal <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />Additional Services are not included in this Agreement. If authorized under a Supplemental Agreement <br />HR Green could furnish or obtain from others the following services: <br />1. Landscaping design and plan sheets for pedestrian median refuges. <br />2. Drainage design for median refuges if existing conditions require proposed drainage features or <br />infrastructure. <br />3. Hard wired RRFB’s if solar panel is not desired or functional. <br />4. Contractor will be required to provide Independent Technical Laboratory (ITL) for aggregate, <br />bituminous, and concrete materials. <br /> <br />CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />Arden Hills shall provide the following items: <br />1. Base CAD file (if it exists) <br />2. Survey information (if it exists) <br />3.
