APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br />motion to approve the meeting agenda as presented. The motion carried <br />unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />2. PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />3. RESPONSE TO PUBLIC INQUIRIES <br /> <br />A. Response to Public Inquiry from December 10, 2018 City Council Meeting <br /> <br />City Administrator Perrault stated at the December 10, 2018 City Council meeting a resident <br />discussed the Civic Site Task Force and their work for the property on TCAAP. He explained this <br />resident requested two documents from the City and these documents (TCAAP/Rice Creek <br />Commons Public Forum Survey Results and May 29, 2018 Civic Site Task Force May 29, 2018 <br />Agenda Item 7N) were also available on the City’s website, and the documents were present and
