Mr. Dave Perrault March 6, 2019 Page 2 Office Hours Close coordination and communication with the City will be important to make sure that the appropriate amount of time is being allocated to keep important tasks on schedule. From our discussion, Sue will provide 16 hours of on-site office hours each week and can efficiently complete all other tasks while working remotely from WSB. It is proposed that office hours coincide with scheduled Department Head and Public Works meetings. Additional on-site meetings with City Staff, residents, or other agencies will be scheduled as needed. If it is determined that an alternative schedule would be beneficial to the City, we will work with you to adjust as needed. Basis of Compensation Based on the scope items outlined above, we propose to complete the services described above for a monthly retainer of $7,500. This rate would be effective March 18, 2019 until the position is filled or a 30 -day notice is provided by the city. The partial month will be billed at 50% of the monthly retainer and any other partial months will be billed on a pro -rated basis of the monthly retainer. For services that may be requested outside of this scope, we will work with you to develop an individual project specific scopes and fees.
