• Install new 4G modems for the existing OmniSite system <br />• Install new equipment at the booster station (existing system is no longer <br />supported) <br />• Install private radio telemetry for communication between the North Tower and <br />the booster station <br /> <br />The draft 2019/2020 Capital Improvement Program identifies $125,000 for the design <br />and implementation of the utility monitoring upgrades (Attachment C). HR Green <br />estimates the remaining cost for design, equipment and implementation to be $74,800. <br />The total project cost is currently estimated at $90,200 which is less than the amount <br />identified in the CIP.
