Our services <br />will be provided in the manner described in this Proposal subject to the terms and conditions set forth in <br />our “General Provisions of Engineer-Architect Agreement” dated July 2009. Hereinafter, the City of <br />Arden Hills is referred to as CLIENT. <br /> <br />I. PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />MnDOT is planning for a two lane exit, an auxiliary lane, and noise walls on Highway 10 and Interstate <br />35W. City watermain is in close proximity to the proposed noise wall and has a history of corrosion and <br />breaks. The construction activity could cause additional watermain breaks due to the age and condition <br />of the watermain. Approximately 1,500 feet of watermain is proposed to be replaced on the south side <br />of Highway 10 between Interstate 35W and County State Aid Highway 96. TKDA completed the <br />engineering drawings for this work. <br /> <br />II. SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY TKDA <br /> <br />Based on TKDA’s understanding of the Project, we propose to provide the following services: <br /> <br />A. CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION <br />Provide general construction administration including the following: responses to requests for <br />information, field check ins, attending up to two project meetings, preparing project <br />documentation, as well as completion of as-built drawings for the watermain work. <br /> <br />III. ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />If authorized in writing by the CLIENT, we will furnish or obtain from others Additional Services of the <br />types listed below which are not considered as basic services under this Proposal. Additional Services
