However, due to the creation of the bus staging area the Applicant is <br />proposing to utilize the parking area on the recently acquired 1901 Lake Valentine Road. The <br />existing school is currently under parked by 105 spaces. Under the current proposal the school <br />would have a surplus of 88 parking stalls as shown in the table below. The proposed parking area <br />will be utilized by staff, students and visitors. However, due to funding the parking lot at 1901 <br />Lake Valentine Road may not get reconstructed at this time.
