An additional assessment will need to be completed on <br />Building 189 to determine the structural capacity and deficiencies for potential reuse and expansion. As a part <br />of this expansion additional parking would be implemented on site with a road access that would come from <br />the north off of County Road I. While the final size and use will need to be determined with an additional study <br />revolving around specific needs and costs of implementation, public input has helped to identify some possible <br />uses including: <br />• Nature Center <br />• Nature interpretation area <br />• Recreation equipment rental <br /> -Mountain Bikes <br /> -Fat Tire Bikes <br /> -Cross Country Skis <br /> -Snowshoes <br />• Restrooms <br />• Satellite maintenance area for Ramsey County Parks & <br />Recreation <br />• Civic and recreational programming areas <br />• Indoor recreation <br />• Stormwater management best practices and solutions <br />implemented <br />• Reservable spaces or spaces for group rental <br />• Cross country ski staging area <br />• Bike fixing stations <br />Bicyclists in the North Segment of Trail
