Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />licensee whose total annual sales volume of licensed products is 90% or more whose license was <br />in existence on or before March 25, 2019.” <br /> <br />In other words, the proposed language would “grandfather in” the existing license holder for the <br />one adult-only tobacco store, Arden Hills Tobacco, located at 3673 Lexington Avenue North, <br />Suite K, as this retail location’s annual sales volume of licensed products is 90% or more. <br />It is important to note that any future retailer/license holder at this existing retail location would be <br />prohibited from selling flavored tobacco products, and any future adult-only tobacco stores located <br />elsewhere in the city will be prohibited from selling flavored tobacco products. <br /> <br />The proposed exemption will not apply to the other four licensed vendors in the city (Holiday, <br />Cub, Walgreens and Brausen’s Arden Hills Shell) due to volume of sales of licensed tobacco <br />products and solely applies to the existing adult-only tobacco store and its current licensee, at this <br />current retail location. <br /> <br />Please note the proposed amendment was published on the City’s website 10 days prior to the <br />public hearing per State statute.
