Pulte Home presented a proposal to construct 59 units of attached townhomes. The <br />concept plan showed 11 separate buildings on the subject site. Each of the stand-alone buildings <br />would have four to six individual units as shown below. Units would range in size from 1,580 to <br />2,500 gross square feet. In order to address stormwater management, two collection ponds are <br />proposed. The larger of the two ponds would have a surface area of 15,200 square feet and was <br />shown located on the adjacent City-owned park property.
