Comprehensive Plan Amendment <br />a. Adopt a motion approving the 2040 Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Medium <br />Density Residential to High Density Residential designation via resolution 2019-023. The <br />2040 Comprehensive Plan Amendment is subject to approval by the Metropolitan Council. <br />b. Adopt a motion denying the 2040 Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Medium Density <br />Residential to High Density Residential designation. <br />c. Adopt a motion tabling the 2040 Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Medium Density <br />Residential to High Density Residential. <br /> <br />2. Rezoning Ordinance: <br />a. Adopt a motion approving the rezoning of the subject parcels from R-1, Single Family <br />Residential District, to R-4, Multiple-Dwelling District via the attached ordinance 2019- <br />006. This ordinance will not be effective until the Metropolitan Council has approved the <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment. <br />b. Adopt a motion denying the rezoning of the subject parcels from R-1, Single Family <br />Residential District, to R-4, Multiple-Dwelling District. <br />c. Adopt a motion tabling the rezoning of the subject parcels from R-1, Single Family <br />Residential District, to R-4, Multiple-Dwelling District. <br /> <br />3. Conditional Use Permit: <br />a. Adopt a motion approving the Conditional Use Permit via the attached resolution 2019- <br />024. This resolution will not be effective until the Metropolitan Council has approved the <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment. <br />b. Adopt a motion denying the Conditional Use Permit. <br />c. Adopt a motion tabling the Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />4. Site Plan Review. Final Planned Unit Development, and Preliminary Plat: <br /> <br />a. Approval with Conditions: Adopt a motion approving Planning Case 19-002 for a Site <br />Plan Review, Final Planned Unit Development, and Preliminary Plat at 1718, 1720, 1722 <br />Parkshore Drive and 4177 Old Highway 10, based on the findings of fact and submitted <br />plans, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Approval of the Site Plan, Planned Unit Development, and Preliminary Plat is <br />contingent upon Metropolitan Council approval of the Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment. The effective date of the City Council approval will be the date of the <br />Metropolitan Council approval.
