This property is identified as part of the Arden Hills park <br />system in both the 2030 and 2040 Comprehensive Plans; however, there are no current plans by <br />the City to construct recreational amenities onsite. <br /> <br />During the neighborhood meeting process the adjacent property owner to the east requested the <br />Applicant shift the building to the west. The proposed location of the building would mitigate the <br />property owner’s concerns. The relocation of the building requires the Applicant to utilize existing <br />City park property. This proposal involves an exchange of 0.37 acres of parkland for 0.03 acres of <br />the Applicant’s property, along with the construction of a trail and other recreational amenities <br />onsite. <br /> <br /> <br />
