Land Use <br />No impacts or mitigation related to land use were identified in the 2014 AUAR. No <br />incompatibility with existing or planned land use or zoning was identified as part of this AUAR <br />update; therefore, no mitigation measures are needed. <br />5.3. Water Resources <br />The following mitigation measures from the 2014 AUAR remain valid: <br />• A lift station will be required depending on future uses for sanitary sewer, but the <br />system will primarily be gravity-based. <br />• Stormwater will be managed on-site, maintaining the current drainage patterns and <br />utilizing the current outfalls to Rice Creek and Round Lake. <br />• Stormwater will be conveyed to Round Lake and Rice Creek by means of <br />underground storm sewer, vegetated swales, and wetlands.
