January 15, 2019 PTRC Minutes <br /> <br />MOTION: The minutes were unanimously approved by the Committee. <br /> <br />3. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br /> <br />4. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. 2019 PTRC Meeting Dates <br /> <br />Discussion centered on ideas for a park and trail tour. <br /> <br />B. Hazelnut Park Improvements <br /> <br />Interim Public Works Director/City Engineer Sue Polka said the City would work with the <br />church to acquire the parking lot and rebuild it, and get a trail to the new warming house location. <br />A future trail will go along New Brighton Road and connect to the existing trail on the west side of
