August 5, 2019, Special City Council Executive Session(Closed) <br /> Councilmember Holden noted she spoke with staff regarding several corrections she would like <br /> to the July 22 City Council meeting minutes. <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br /> motion to approve the July 15, 2019, City Council Work Session meeting <br /> minutes, July 22, 2019, Special City Council Executive Session (Closed) <br /> meeting minutes, July 22, 2019, Regular City Council meeting minutes; and <br /> August 5, 2019, Special City Council Executive Session (Closed) meeting <br /> minutes as amended. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> 6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> A. Motion to Approve Consent Agenda Item - Claims and Payroll <br /> B. Motion to Approve Resignation of Public Works Maintenance Worker <br /> C. Motion to Authorize Recruitment for Public Works Maintenance Worker <br /> D. Motion to Approve AUAR Update <br /> E. Motion to Approve Resolution 2019-026 Ordering the Preparation of Feasibility <br /> Report—2020 Pavement Management Program (PMP) <br /> F. Motion to Approve Estimated Expenditures for Resurfacing of Oak Avenue <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember McClung seconded a <br /> motion to approve the Consent Calendar as presented and to authorize <br /> execution of all necessary documents contained therein.
