CONSENT ITEM — 7E <br />, AZEN HILLS <br />MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: September 23, 2019 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br />FROM: Dave Perrault, City Administrator <br />SUBJECT: NSAC Professional and Technical Services Agreement <br />Budgeted Amount: Estimated Amount: Funding Source: <br />TBD $7,768 Cable Fund <br />Council Should Consider <br />The Council should consider approving the North Suburban Access NSAC Professional and <br />Technical Services Agreement. <br />Background <br />The City has historically used the North Suburban Access Corporation (NSAC) for technical <br />services to include, but not limited to, municipal production services, cablecasting services, web <br />streaming services, and technical support as needed. The cost to provide services for 2020 is <br />estimating a three percent increase over the previous year for services, and twenty additional <br />hours for 2020. This agreement will continue the partnership between the City of Arden Hills <br />and NSAC. <br />Budget Impact <br />This item is the technical services agreement and will be included in the 2020 budget, there is no <br />expenditure for this item at this time. <br />Attachment <br />Attachment A: North Suburban Access NSAC Professional Services Agreement <br />
