The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br />7. PULLED CONSENT ITEMS <br />A. Motion to Approve Planning Case 19-013 — Variance —1932 County Road E <br />Community Development Manager/City Planner Mrosla stated the property owners at 1932 <br />County Road E W have submitted an application for a variance. The subject property is zoned R- <br />2, Single and Two Family Residential District and is guided as Very Low Density on the Land <br />Use Plan. The Applicant is proposing to construct a detached garage behind their existing home. <br />The proposed addition would be constructed on the south side of the property facing an existing <br />legal non -conforming driveway. The Applicant has requested a variance because the proposed <br />driveway would encroach into the front setback. <br />
