Motion to Approve Payment No. 2 and Change Order No. 1 — Bituminous <br />Roadways — Tennis Court Improvements at Cummings and Royal Hills Parks <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember McClung seconded a <br />motion to approve the Consent Calendar as amended removing Items 6F and <br />6H and to authorize execution of all necessary documents contained therein. <br />The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br />7. PULLED CONSENT ITEMS <br />A. Motion to Approve Ordinance No. 2019-008 Amending Chapter 10, <br />Regulating Nonessential Water Usage Upon a Critical Water Deficiency and <br />Authorize Publication of Summary Ordinance <br />Councilmember Holmes requested action on this item be tabled because she had questions on the <br />matter regarding what the violation amount would be and would like comment from the City <br />Attorney. <br />Interim Public Works Director/City Engineer Blomstrom stated there was no rush to approve <br />this item. He explained it was his understanding the violation amount would be set on the City's <br />fee schedule. <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember McClung seconded a <br />motion to table action on Ordinance No. 2019-008. The motion carried (4-0). <br />B. Motion to Approve Payment No. 10 — Northwest Asphalt, Inc. — 2018 Street <br />and Utility Improvement Project <br />
