RESPONSE TO PUBLIC INQUIRIES <br />None. <br />4. STAFF COMMENTS <br />A. Rice Creek Commons (TCAAP) and Joint Development Authority (JDA) Update <br />City Administrator Perrault provided an update on TCAAP stating litigation with Ramsey <br />County was ongoing. <br />B. Transportation Update <br />Interim Public Works Director/City Engineer Blomstrom reported the south bound lanes for <br />the I -35W project were shifted to newly paved lanes this past weekend. He explained the ramp <br />closures will end this week. He stated drivers can expect both directions of I -35W to return to <br />their normal lane configurations by Thursday, November 14th for the winter season. <br />Interim Public Works Director/City Engineer Blomstrom indicated a representative from <br />MnDOT would be attending the Monday, November 18th worksession meeting where access to <br />Highway 51 will be discussed. He commented further on the number of people in the City of <br />Arden Hills that were sent notification for this meeting. <br />5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A.
