WSB recommends approval of Payment No. 9, Change Order No. 6, and <br />Change Order No. 7. Staff recommends that Council approve the payment and change orders. <br /> <br />The contractor continues to request payment of claims in the approximate amount of $103,000 <br />for additional work not included within Payment No. 9. The project is funded from several sources including Ramsey County, <br />Municipal State Aid, and the water utility.
