The 2040 Comprehensive Plan contains three <br />(3) supplemental technical plans (Water Supply Plan, Comprehensive Sanitary Sewer Plan, and <br />Local Surface Water Management Plan). All of the plans were updated as part of the 2040 <br />Comprehensive Plan. However, the Metropolitan Council requires cities to pass a resolution <br />formally adopting the Comprehensive Sanitary Sewer Plan following the formal adoption of the <br />2040 Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Budget Impact: <br /> <br />N/A <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />A.
