<br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2020-006 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA, <br />ADOPTING THE COMPREHENSIVE SEWER PLAN DATED MARCH 7, 2019 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Land Planning Act requires that each community’s <br />Comprehensive Plan include a Comprehensive Sewer Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Comprehensive Sewer Plan was prepared as part of the 2040 Comprehensive <br />Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS Resolution 2019-041 approved the Arden Hills 2040 Comprehensive Plan <br />which included the Comprehensive Sewer Plan; and <br /> <br />NOW THERE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, that the Arden Hills Comprehensive Sanitary Sewer Plan, dated <br />March 7, 2019 is adopted and is effective as of the date of this resolution. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 13th day of January 2020, by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills. <br /> <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br /> By: ________________________________ <br /> David Grant, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />_____________________________ <br />Julie Hanson, City Clerk
