ARDEN HILLS SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL – DECEMBER 16, 2019 5 <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmes indicated she received a meeting notice regarding Lake Johanna <br />Boulevard and speeding concerns. She encouraged the City Council to be involved in future <br />discussions. <br /> <br />Mayor Grant reported the Ramsey County 911 Dispatch Policy Committee met last week and <br />discussed the emergency cut over. He commented further on how this process occurred and noted <br />all went well. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br />motion to adjourn.
