The general scope <br />of the project includes an environmental review and investigation for roadway, intersection, <br />utility and trail improvements along Old Snelling Avenue from County Road E to Trunk <br />Highway 51. <br />This environmental investigation is being conducted to determine the extent of potential <br />contamination prior to proceeding with design of street and utility improvements, which may <br />include roadway reconstruction, a single lane roundabout, multi-use trail, and storm sewer, <br />sanitary sewer, and watermain replacements. <br />
