Further, WSB will provide three <br />paper copies and one digital copy of the final report <br /> <br />Company and Project Team Experience <br /> <br />WSB has identified a project team that have the qualifications and experience to effectively and <br />efficiently complete this scope. Project team members are Environmental Professionals that <br />have current OSHA HAZWOPER training and are Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) <br />certified asbestos supervisors and inspectors with experience successfully delivering similar <br />projects. Additionally, multiple Professional Geologists and Certified Hazardous Materials <br />Managers are included in the project team. <br /> <br />The project team has successfully completed similar projects that included Corridor Phase I <br />ESA, Work Plan Preparation, Phase II ESA, and Response Action Plan / Construction <br />Contingency Plan (RAP/CCP) preparation and implementation, and contaminated materials <br />construction oversight. Recent projects include the following: <br /> <br />· 42nd Avenue North Reconstruction, Minneapolis, 2016-2019 (for the City of <br />Minneapolis). <br />· Blake Road Improvements, Hopkins, 2016-2018 (for the City of Hopkins/Hennepin <br />County). <br />· Interstate I-394 Impound Lot, Minneapolis, 2016-2018 (for the City of Minneapolis) <br />· CSAH 101 Corridor Improvements, Minnetonka, 2015-2017 (for Hennepin County) <br /> <br />WSB can provide additional information on these and other similar projects if requested. A <br />Company Description and Resumes for the WSB Project Team is included as Attachment 1. <br /> <br />Claims Made <br /> <br />At the current time, WSB has three outstanding claims. WSB does from time to time become <br />involved in claims or litigations, but WSB makes every effort to resolve these claims outside of <br />litigation. WSB’s claims information is of a confidential nature, although, if you desire, a meeting <br />could be arranged where these matters could be discussed. <br /> <br />Further, WSB is not aware of any outstanding claims related to their subcontractors. The <br />following subcontractors are anticipated for the project: <br /> <br />· ERIS – Regulatory Database Provider <br />· Bergerson-Caswell – Drilling Services <br />· Eurofins/TestAmerica – Analytical Services <br /> <br />Project Approach / Value Added <br /> <br />WSB’s staff understands the importance of minimizing environmental risks/liabilities for clients <br />related to transportation projects. Consequently, our actions and communication will be centered <br />around this principle. Staff for this project will mobilize from WSB’s Minneapolis office, located <br />approximately 15 miles from the Corridor. The proximity of our office will allow WSB to efficiently <br />provide expedited mobilization to the Corridor. WSB’s team of professionals can support the <br />City/County in other project activities such as surveying, construction material testing, <br />construction inspections (i.e. compaction), and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans <br />(SWPPPs). We will provide a seamless transition from the Desktop Environmental Review to the <br />Phase I ESA, Work Plan, Phase II ESA, and preparing a RAP/CCP, if needed. We have
