APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmes requested Item 6D be pulled from the Consent Calendar for discussion <br />as Item 7A. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br />motion to approve the meeting agenda as amended.
