License <br /> The purpose of this Memorandum of Undcrstanding is to assist both Labor and Milriagemei}t in applying the <br /> new rules for Commercial Drivers License(CDL)holders.The following conditions will apply to no more than <br /> one(1)Public Works ernployec with filleen(15)years of service or more in the Local 49 Bargaining[knit at <br /> ��ny given time,and allows only one revocation per person. <br /> t: ff'an employee temporarily loses his/her driver's license and M.,the employee must obtain a valid <br /> work permit that:allows them to drive non-commercial vehicles during work hours. An employee <br /> that has no valid license may be required to use paid leave until they are able to obtain a valid work <br /> pernfli.An employee who does not obtain a drivers license within ninety(90)days wi It be terminated. <br /> 2. Proof of <br /> compliance with the Substance; Abuse: Professional recommendations will be provided to the <br /> Employer. <br /> 5 This agreement Lapplies to driving violations outside the work place. This agreement does not <br /> inCILWe positive test results from the Department of Transportation's required random testing. <br /> 61. A twenty-five percent (25%) decrease in pay will begin as of the revocation elate.
