While the primary uses along this corridor <br /> are likely to remain retail, commercial, and office, the Guiding Plan and <br /> subsequent land use changes add the possibility for multi-family residential <br /> housing in this area. <br /> Since the completion of the plan in 2008, the area has seen substantial <br /> redevelopment with the opening of new retail, restaurant, and multi-family <br /> residential housing uses.
