However, <br /> the feasibility study will provide updated project cost estimates and an alternatives analysis to consider <br /> options for minimizing proj ect costs. <br /> Based on Council discussion during the recent work session, the Finance Director will prepare a cash <br /> flow analysis of funding sources associated with proposed projects within the Capital Improvement <br /> Program, including updated costs for the 2021 PMP project, for consideration by the City Council <br /> during an upcoming work session prior to accepting the feasibility report.
