Attachment C <br /> It <br /> ,--A EN MILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2020-020 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR <br /> THE 2021 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, the Capital Improvement Program for the City of Arden Hills identifies <br /> potential street and utility improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets: <br /> Jerrold Avenue from New Brighton Road to approximately 825 feet west of Prior <br /> Avenue (west terminus) <br /> Edgewater Avenue from New Brighton Road to approximately 980 feet west of Prior <br /> Avenue (west terminus) <br /> Glenpaul Avenue from New Brighton Road to Cleveland Avenue <br /> Lake Valentine Road from Old Highway 10 North to Mounds View High School <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> ARDEN HILLS MINNESOTA: <br /> That the proposed improvement stated above shall be referred to as the 2021 Pavement <br /> Management Program for study and that the City Engineer is instructed to report to the <br /> Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether <br /> the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible and as to whether it <br /> should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the <br /> estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> THIS 27th DAY OF APRIL, 2020. <br /> David Grant, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Julie Hanson, City Clerk <br />
