Budget Impact <br /> The attached proposal includes professional service fees in the total amount of $19,834.00. A <br /> summary table outlining the hours and fees for each individual task within the scope of services is <br /> provided at the end of the proposal document. Staff believes the proposed fees are reasonable and <br /> recommends approval of the professional services agreement with Ulteig. <br /> The total project budget is preliminary at this time given that design and survey work has not been <br /> completed to develop cost details.
