We agree with you <br /> that this will be a great introduction to Ulteig's capabilities. We understand that the City of Arden Hills is built on a <br /> foundation of strong neighborhoods and community action. We also share these values and will use them as a guiding <br /> force in our project design and implementation. <br /> Our team of experts has a strong base of experience with similar projects and will leverage past experiences to develop <br /> a strong recommendation to the city and other project stakeholders. It is our understanding that not only is the City a <br /> primary stakeholder, but Rice Creek Watershed is a second primary stakeholder as funding is shared evenly. Given that, <br /> we will work with Rice Creek Watershed to ensure that all requirements of the grant are being met or exceeded. <br /> Who We Are—Our Arden Hills office includes over 100 engineers,technicians and other support staff. Ulteig has been <br /> providing municipal engineering services to Minnesota communities over the past 75 years and has team dedicated to <br /> stormwater and erosion control management. Our deep bench of engineers and support technicians are well versed in <br /> the regulations applicable to this project. We will represent the best interest of the City of Arden Hills when <br /> collaborating with key stakeholders including MPCA, and the Rice Creek Watershed District. <br /> About Our Team —David Schmitz, PE will be our project manager and our first point of contact for your team. He will <br /> manage the project timeline, budgets, client contact, and project communications. David has experience managing a <br /> wide range of projects with his duties covering all aspects of project delivery. His strong communication skills will benefit <br /> this project team as we look to complete this design in an efficient and budget friendly manner. He will implement a <br /> project plan that will allow Ulteig to meet both project budget and schedule requirements.
