We listen.We solve <br /> Upon completion of the ground survey, our team will develop two or more design alternatives that we will present to <br /> the City. We anticipate at least one of the alternatives will involve capture of stormwater discharging east down the <br /> service driveway to the problem area into a storm sewer system where energy dissipation can be provided.There will be <br /> up to three coordination meetings with City staff, including one at the start of alternative development and one to <br /> present the findings of the alternatives analysis.We will also participate in a coordination meeting with staff from the <br /> City and Rice Creek Watershed District. <br /> After the final alternatives review meeting and selection of a preferred alternative, our staff will begin completing the <br /> final construction plans as outlined in the attached scope of work. We will provide deliverable plan set reviews at 30- <br /> percent, 60-percent, 90-percent, and Final Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings. <br /> Following completion of the construction plans and project manual, our team will assist during the bidding process to <br /> answer questions received from contractors and as the City requires our assistance. Moving into construction, our team <br /> will provide construction inspection and construction administration services as outlined in Task 8 of the attached Scope <br /> of Work. <br /> Fee—Our total proposed fee for the survey, alternatives analysis, design and construction services is $19,834.
