Provide three(3)paper copies and a pdf digital copy of final plans and project manual to the City for solicitation of bids. <br /> TASK 6: Easement Documents: Consultant will prepare an easement drawing and legal description for land area necessary for <br /> installation and long-term maintenance of the proposed improvements. A permanent easement will be acquired by the City and <br /> recorded with Ramsey County. <br /> TASK 7: Bidding Assistance: Consultant will assist the City during the procurement process to obtain construction bids, <br /> including the following items. <br /> A. Provide bidding documents for City posting onto QuestCDN. <br /> B. Assist with technical questions received from potential bidders. <br /> C. Issue addenda necessary to address project related questions during bidding. <br /> D. Attend bid opening and prepare certified bid tabulation. <br /> TASK 8: Construction Administration: Consultant will assist the City during the project construction process,including the <br /> following items. <br /> A. Conduct pre-construction meeting. <br /> B. Review shop drawing submittals,including concrete mix,storm sewer structures and pipes. <br /> C. Provide construction staking for project improvements. <br /> D. Provide on-site,part time construction observation(assume 10 hours). <br /> E. Prepare progress payments(assume 2)and change order documents. <br /> F. Material testing coordination. <br /> G. Prepare punch lists and provide final project inspection. <br /> 2. SCOPE OF SURVEY <br /> Ulteig shall conduct and coordinate a topographic survey of the area identified in Attachment B located directly south of Cummings <br /> Park within the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 22,Township 30N,Range 23W,Ramsey County,Minnesota. <br /> 1. Topographical Survey and certificate will include the following items: <br /> a. Establishment of two on-site benchmarks referencing Ramsey County Coordinate System, NAD83 (2011 <br /> Adjustment)datum. <br /> b. Spots elevation at along curbs,edges of pavement and across the property. <br /> c. Visible improvements to the property such as structures and pavement. <br /> d. Location of visible utilities combined with results of Gopher State One Call utility locating. <br /> e. Location of on-site trees above 12 inch diameter and/or tree line within the above designated area <br /> f. Ground elevation contours at a one-foot interval. <br /> 2. Easement Survey <br /> a. Locate north line of the El/2 of the SETA to establish control for temporary construction and permanent <br /> drainage easement. <br /> b. Prepare one easement description and sketch for temporary construction easement and permanent drainage <br /> easement suitable to include as an exhibit to recordable easement agreements. <br /> Schedule <br /> Upon receipt of the written authorization to proceed,Ulteig will promptly schedule the work. <br /> CONDITIONS AND ASSUMPTIONS <br /> This scope does not include tree identification,inventory or wetland delineation. <br /> 3. SCHEDULE <br /> Upon receipt of the written authorization to proceed,Ulteig will promptly schedule the work.
