This proposal is based on our Project Understanding & Basic <br />Services, as identified below per the RFP. <br />PROJECT UNDERSTANDING: <br />The project consists of reviewing existing HVAC equipment, providing recommendations for <br />replacement, assembling bid documents, assisting with the solicitation of bids and <br />conducting construction administration including commissioning. <br />COMPANY INFORMATION: <br />Paulson & Clark Engineering, Inc.
