The height of the house is not compatible with the neighborhood. <br />The proposed dwelling will alter the character of the neighborhood and is not consistent with the other <br />dwellings on Sandeen road. <br />Please refer to the Planning Commission packet of November 6th 2019 where you will see street view <br />pictures of every house fronting Sandeen Road. None of them are three stories above the street. In fact <br />for some, the main floor is below street level.
