DRAFTApproved: <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />WEDNESDAY, MAY 6, 2020 <br />6:30 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY HALL <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Chair Nick Gehrig called to order the regular Planning <br />Commission meeting at 6:30 p.m. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Present were: Chair Nick Gehrig, Commissioners Marcie Jefferys, Steven Jones, James Lambeth, <br />Subbaya Subramanian, Paul Vijums, and Jonathan Wicklund. <br />Excused Absences: Commissioners Kurtis Weber <br />Also present were:Community Development Manager Mike Mrosla, Associate Planner Joe <br />Hartmann, Councilmember Steve Scott, and Planning Commission Alternate Clayton <br />Zimmerman. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA – MAY 6, 2020 <br />Chair Gehrig stated the agenda will stand as amended changing Planning Case 3B to Planning <br />Case 20-004. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />April 15, 2020 – Planning Commission Regular Meeting <br />Commissioner Lambeth moved, seconded by Commissioner Jefferys, to approve the April <br />15, 2020, Planning Commission Regular Meeting as presented.
