Failure <br />to obtain permission from the appropriate agency may result in <br />removal of the sign. <br />1250.04 Temporary Banner Signs for Athletic Fields at Mounds View High <br />School, Bethel University, and Northwestern College. Athletic fields at <br />Mounds View High School, Bethel University, and Northwestern College may <br />be permitted to have temporary banner signs attached to the fences of their <br />athletic fields provided that such signage faces the field of play so that the <br />impact of the signage is directed only to those utilizing the field or watching <br />the sporting event, and not surrounding property owners. In addition, to the <br />greatest extent possible such signage shall not obstruct sightlines to the <br />athletic field for those watching the sporting event from the bleachers or <br />other designated viewing areas. The content of temporary banner signage <br />shall comply with the sponsorship sign regulations as established by Mounds <br />View High School, Bethel University, or Northwestern College for their <br />respective athletic fields. The City Administrator or Administrator's designee <br />shall determine if the signage is visible from a public roadway or from <br />property outside of Mounds View High School, Bethel University, and <br />Northwestern College. If found to be visible, the signs shall comply with the <br />following size limitations and shall follow the sign permit process as <br />described below: <br />
