Subd. 1 Individual Sign Area. Temporary banner signs shall not <br />exceed fifty (50) square feet each. <br />Subd. 2 Total Signage Area. The temporary banner sign shall not <br />exceed a massing of over nine hundred and sixty (960) square feet in <br />one area or a total of two thousand (2000) square feet. <br />Subd. 3 Time Limit. Temporary banner sign shall not be displayed <br />for more than ninety (90) consecutive days or more than one hundred <br />and eighty (180) days during the calendar year. <br />Subd. 4 Permit Requirements. Sign permits shall not be required <br />for individual banner signs but shall be required where a new group <br />massing of signage is requested. <br />Subd. 5 Compliance. The applicant shall demonstrate compliance <br />with the provisions of this section (including but not limited to: the <br />dimensions of individual banner signs, the dimensions of that group of <br />banner signs, and the total square feet of temporary banner signs). <br />39 <br />
