All (3) units <br />are original to the building. All run on R-22 refrigerant, which is no longer legal to manufacture or <br />import. It is now only available as a recycled or reclaimed product. All units are beginning to rust and <br />have damage condenser coils. All have had extensive repairs over the past few years. Given the age and <br />condition, all are near the end of their expected lives. <br />1. ACCU-1 is a Trane RAUCC25, 25 Ton air cooled condensing unit, serving AHU-1. <br /> <br />2. ACCU-2 is a Trane TTA120, 10 Ton air cooled condensing unit, serving AHU-2.
