All appeared to be in good condition with 5-10 years expected life <br />remaining. <br />There are several variable air volume boxes with hot water reheat coils installed. All the observed boxes <br />and coil were in good condition with at least 5-10 years expected life remaining. <br />Most of the observed ductwork & insulation were in good condition. There was some damaged <br />insulation on a combustion air duct in the mechanical room. There was also a piece of return duct in the <br />basement where the internal lining had fallen and was obstructing the duct. <br />AAuxiliary Heating Systems <br />There were (2) hot water cabinet unit heaters in the building, at the main and employee entrances. <br />Both appeared to be in good condition with at least 5-10 years expected life remaining.
