A public meeting notice was <br />mailed to residential properties within 1,000 feet of the Subject Property on June 26th, 2020. At <br />the time of writing this staff received one (1) letter of support (Attachment E). <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on June 26th, 2020. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must act on this request by August 25th, 2020 (60 <br />days), unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60-day review <br />period.
