The Project Corridor has <br />remained a north-south section of Old Snelling Avenue since at least 1952. <br /> <br />Adjacent Site Map Observations <br /> <br />The adjacent sites are depicted as undeveloped on the 1902 map. The adjacent <br />residential sites and cross streets along the northern half of the Project Corridor are <br />shown as developed on the 1952 and subsequent maps. Undeveloped wetlands are <br />located adjacent to the southern portion of the Project Corridor on the 1952 to 1980 <br />maps, until residential development is visible on the 1993 map. <br /> <br />· City Building and Inspection File Review: No information indicating the removal of <br />former buildings or structures at the Project Corridor was identified. Therefore, WSB did <br />not request City or County inspection records as part of this assessment. <br />
