As discussed on Friday, in support of the city's review of our proposal,we offer this <br /> additional/supporting information and modifications to our original submittal: <br /> 1. Bolton&Menk has a thorough QA/QC process which is implemented on all projects. In addition <br /> to a strong project management structure,we have developed and implemented a Comprehensive <br /> QA/QC Program that is designed to meet the needs of our firm and our client.As a more <br /> comprehensive alternative to traditional checklist and milestone reviews,our system has been <br /> designed to promote quality throughout the project delivery process and at all staff levels. Our <br /> program has successfully,systematically,and dramatically reduced the extent of project errors <br /> and plan problems before conditions were integrated into project products. Quality Assurance <br /> (QA)will be led by Sarah Lloyd throughout the project and specifically at each milestone <br /> submittal.Nick Amatuccio will lead the overall Quality Control(QC)process along with other <br /> individuals,each for their specific project role, such as the Survey Manager for the topographic <br /> survey and construction staking.
