Reconnect to existing gas and domestic water piping. <br /> Boiler Replacement- Recommended $86,000 <br /> • Replace existing boilers with new direct vent high efficiency(94%) boilers. Provide new flue& <br /> intake piping. Modify existing heating water piping. Provide new main heating water pumps. <br /> Reconnect to existing gas and domestic water piping. <br /> Unit Heater Replacement $4,500 <br /> • Replace existing hot water unit heater in mechanical room. Connect to existing hot water <br /> piping. <br /> Cooling SVstem Replacement—Option 1(DX/Coil Replacement)-Recommended $190,000 <br /> • Replace existing air-cooled condensing units in their current locations with new. Provide new <br /> cooling coils & refrigeration piping. Existing air handling units to remain. AHU cooling coil <br /> section to be modified to accommodate new coil. Provide new chilled <br /> water piping, pumps &specialties. Provide new chilled water coil. AHU cooling coil section to <br /> be modified to accommodate new coil. Existing refrigerant piping to be demoed. <br /> Cooling System Replacement—Option 4 (Chiller/AHU Replacement) $381,000 <br /> • Replace existing air-cooled condensing units with new air-cooled chiller. Provide new chilled <br /> water piping, pumps &specialties. Replace existing air handling unit with new. Existing <br /> refrigerant piping to be demoed. AHUs to be connected to existing ductwork and heating water <br /> piping. <br /> Duct Liner Replacement—(AHU-3) $5,500 <br /> • Replace damaged liner in AHU-3 return ductwork. <br /> Notes: <br /> • Cooling System estimates(options 1-4) include electrical costs and $20k allowance for general <br /> construction (additional chases,ceiling work,etc.) <br /> • New control work for replaced equipment only. <br /> • The efficiency gains with the chiller resulted in approx. $1,500 per year in electrical costs resulting in a 30- <br /> year ROI between option 1&3. <br />
