A memo from Paulson and Clark is attached for reference that includes the final scope of the <br /> project and the proposed schedule. Should Council approve this item, Paulson and Clark will <br /> have the design finalized and move forward with the bidding process <br /> Budget Impact <br /> The project is budgeted in total at $350,000, the contract with Paulson and Clark is for $46,200, <br /> leaving $303,800 for the equipment and installation. Paulson and Clark is estimating $314,000 <br /> for the equipment and installation as proposed.
