No permits have been pulled for these projects yet, and while they would require <br />separate building plan review, these projects would not require a variance. <br /> <br />The sketches submitted by the Applicant show that the garage would be the same height and width <br />as the existing garage, but would increase the length of the garage along the side property line <br />towards the backyard to the south (Attachment D). <br /> <br /> <br />The Planning Commission is being asked to determine if a variance request for flexibility with the <br />side yard setback requirement should be approved for the proposed garage.
