The Applicant is also requesting to subdivide the subject parcel into two (2) lots of <br />record. The Subject Property is zoned GB, Gateway Business District and is guided as Light <br />Industrial & Office on the Land Use Plan. <br /> <br />The City Council was asked to hold the required public hearing for Planning Case 20-010 under <br />Agenda Item 9B on September 28, 2020. A full evaluation of the proposed redevelopment and <br />supporting attachments are included in the staff report under Agenda Item 9B. The remainder of <br />this memo focuses on the requested approvals, findings of fact and the staff recommended <br />conditions if a motion to approve is made. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
