Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />The portion of the drainage area tributary to RCD 4 within Arden Hills is a relatively small portion <br />of the overall drainage area shown in Attachment B, but it does include Arden Hills street right of <br />way, a portion of Arden Hills city property, a portion of the Northwestern University property, a <br />small portion of the Johanna Shores property, and 23 single family homes (24 parcels), which would <br />receive charges for a portion of the project costs. Charges for most residential properties in Arden <br />Hills range from $25 to $75, although a few large residential parcels will see charges ranging from <br />$100 to $350. A memorandum summarizing the project benefits and cost apportionment is provided <br />in Attachment C. A memorandum summarizing the proposed District charges to individual <br />properties is provided in Attachment D. <br />Budget Impact <br />The total estimated cost of the project is $2,772,000.
